Job Description:

Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists of Wisconsin is growing and looking for a Medical Assistant or LPN to join our clinic team! Duties/Responsibilities:


Recognize and report changes in a patient's condition to supervising medical staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment in the examination room
Explain or demonstrate procedures to the patient
Gather, store, and track medical records of patients
Room patients and record findings
Provide patient education and surgical instructions
Order laboratory and diagnostic procedures
Support physicians with in-room scribing
Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and tracking lab results and orders


Qualifications:


We're looking for someone who gets along great with others and provides exceptional patient care!
CMA or LPN preferred, but not required
Minimum 1-year experience as a Medical Assistant or LPN
Full-time (40 hours/week) availability Monday-Friday
This position is primarily located in our Oshkosh and Neenah clinics, but must be willing to occasionally travel to other sites
