  • Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical
  • Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hours
  • Shift Requirement: 12hr variables
  • Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holiday rotation
  • Charting Experience Required: EPIC preferred
  • Unit Information: 40 bed medical/surgical/pediatric unit. Avg daily census 28. Patient ratios on days and pm max of 5 patients (avg 4), nights max of 7
  • Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates
  • Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely, willingness to ask questions and collaborate with team and ancillary staff to ensure the best patient experience possible. Positive attitude and flexibility with constant changes which can occur throughout a shift.

    • Minimum Experience: 2+ years
    • Required Skillset: Med Surg Experience, IMC/ step down highly preferred

          • GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
