• Wonderful co-workers!As an LPN/RN in our clinic, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient patient flow, and maintaining high-quality care standards. You will collaborate with providers, clinical staff, and leadership to optimize clinic operations, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless patient care.   • Team Leadership: Manage and guide staff, ensuring all team members contribute effectively to clinic operations. - - - -
  • Patient Care Oversight: Ensure high-quality patient care is delivered in alignment with clinic protocols, policies, and safety goals. - - - -
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address operational challenges or workflow bottlenecks, implementing solutions to optimize clinic performance. - - - -
  • Collaboration: Work closely with providers and other clinical staff to maintain smooth communication and effective coordination of patient care. - - - -
  • Workforce Efficiency: Evaluate and adjust staffing assignments to ensure proper coverage and workload balance for optimal productivity.Qualifications:

      • Preferred:
