Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Experience? 3 years ED experience needs to be in a fast paced facility
First-time traveler? Upon Review with strong experience
Patient Types:
Neonate to Geriatrics - all ED diagnoses seen
Heavy Mental Health population
Invasive Neuro, STEMI requiring Cath Lab stabilized and shipped out to St. Luke s
Trauma, include but not limited to: GSW, Stabbings, Falls, MVC
Patient Ratios:
Day & Night 1:4 (acuity based)
Fast Track - 1:6
Required Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC
Skills required
3 years of ED experience in fast paced ED
Cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV skills, basic knowledge of critical care drips and med administration, NIHSS experience cannot obtain prior to start, TPA administration, blood administration, procedural sedation, code blue experience
Triage experience (strongly preferred)
