Job Description:

A company is looking for a Conversational GenAI Designer (Contractor) to shape AI-driven chat solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Define use cases and align conversational objectives with product goals
Design conversational flows and write engaging dialogue examples
Annotate datasets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality outputs

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in conversational design, GenAI, or chatbot development
Strong understanding of conversational AI principles and ethics
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and dataset annotation tools
Experience with prompt engineering
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
