Job Description:

ABR is recruiting for several Customer Service Representatives to help with a project for one of our clients. This is a contract position and will be starting immediately. The duration of the project is expected to go through September 2025. The hours are Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. The wage for this job is $22.00 per hour. This will be a fully remote position. Candidates MUST live in Wisconsin and MUST have experience working within Salesforce or another CRM.

Customer Service Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Responsible forunderstanding andenforcing companybusinesspolicies and procedures pertaining to pricing and discounting
• Knowledgeable onproduct and pricing changes
• Validating orders in Salesforcefor research and reconciliation of customer information,verifying that pricing andSKUsare correct
• Complete orders assigned through the validation report in Salesforce
• Contactingsales representatives to obtain and/or verify informationCustomer Service Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and
  • Minimum1year of experiencein customer service role with proven skills in handling customer issues professionally and swiftly, OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working within Salesforce or another CRMDigital Literacy
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
    • Strong typing and 10-key skills
    • General knowledge of computers, printers, calculators, and copiers
    • Expert in Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus
    • Experience in NetSuite a plusOther GeneralSkills
      • Excellent time management, interpersonal, and strong multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
