Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lease Admin Analyst - Estoppel / SNDA
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct reconciliations for operating expenses and verify charges
against lease terms
Perform audits for lease administration clients and prepare reports
of findings
Assist in preparing CAM reconciliations and review contracts for
fee identification
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or a combination of experience and
education
Up to 3 years of relevant experience
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
