Billing Data Analyst (Contractor)

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Data Analyst to support billing processes and projects within the Automated Finance - Integrated Payables Product. This role involves manual reconciliation, data validation, and contract compliance to ensure accurate billing inputs and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual reconciliation of billing inputs, invoices, and financial data.


Conduct data analysis to validate billing accuracy and identify discrepancies.


Enter and validate financial data while ensuring compliance with contract requirements.


Utilize Excel for reporting, reconciliation, and financial tracking.


Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve billing-related issues.


Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless billing operations.



Qualifications & Skills:

Proficiency in data analytics, data entry, and data validation.


Strong ability to interpret and action contract requirements.


Experience with manual reconciliation of financial data.


Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.


Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
