Job Description:

In this role, you will develop and enhance products, technologies, and manufacturing processes to improve performance and efficiency. Support product launch teams by ensuring CAD designs meet specifications. Oversee designs from concept to production, integrating engineering expertise and manufacturing feedback.

Manage project phases or moderate-complexity projects with general supervision, ensuring successful execution within target margins. This hands-on role requires creativity, adaptability, and strong communication and organizational skills.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and refine technical designs using CAD/CAE software.



Identify and resolve design issues to ensure high-quality, functional solutions.



Research and analyze concepts for feasibility and cost-effectiveness.



Manage design changes, BOMs, CAD models, and engineering drawings.



Present and discuss design ideas in reviews and meetings.



Ensure quality control and meet project goals within budget.





REQUIREMENTS:

Associate or Bachelor degree in manufacturing, engineering, or equivalent experience considered.



Experience using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Pro Engineer, CATIA V5, or Unigraphics NX.



Experience with BOM (Bill of Material) structures.



Understanding of legislation and industry standards.


Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.


Expertise in at least one system, with working knowledge of multiple areas.
